The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to provide IT staff augmentation services. The selected Offeror will be responsible for providing IT staffing resources to the Commonwealth. The contract will be for a term of two years with three optional one-year renewals. The Offeror must demonstrate its ability to provide high-quality IT staff augmentation services and meet the Commonwealth's requirements for diversity and inclusion. • The Offeror must have experience in providing IT staff augmentation services to large organizations. • The Offeror must have a strong track record of delivering high-quality IT services. • The Offeror must be able to demonstrate its commitment to diversity and inclusion. • The Offeror must be able to provide a comprehensive plan for managing and delivering IT staff augmentation services. • The Offeror must be able to provide a detailed plan for ensuring the quality and reliability of the IT staff augmentation services.
