The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is conducting market research to identify qualified and responsible sources for the fabrication, assembly, test, delivery, and final acceptance of Vertical Launching System (VLS) Plenum and lower/upper Uptake. The contractor will be responsible for managing the project, including procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery. The contractor must also comply with various regulations, including environmental and safety standards. Some key requirements include: * Compliance with the Technical Data Package (TDP) and Statement of Work (SOW) * Fabrication and assembly of the VLS Plenum and lower/upper Uptake * Testing and inspection of the VLS Plenum and lower/upper Uptake * Delivery of the VLS Plenum and lower/upper Uptake to the government * Compliance with environmental and safety regulations * Implementation of a quality control program * Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
