Description:
The US Air Force is seeking to establish a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Resilient Architect-Engineer Services (RAES) to support Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects. The contract will have a total ceiling of $3.4 billion and a maximum ordering period of 10 years. The Air Force expects to award contracts to approximately 11 firms, with 6 in the Unrestricted Pool and 5 in the Small Business Pool, including 1 Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) reserve. The scope of work includes A-E Title I and Title II services for FSRM and MILCON projects, with a focus on mission resilience.
