The Galena Park Independent School District (GPISD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the North Shore Senior High School & Cobb 6th Grade Campus Controls and Plant Replacement project. The scope of work includes HVAC system upgrades at both central plants, including chiller replacement, pump replacement, new DDC controls, and new piping. The project also includes boiler replacements, cooling tower refurbishment, AHU refurbishment, domestic water heater replacement, and electrical upgrades. • The project is located at North Shore Senior High School and Cobb Sixth Grade Campus. • The proposal documents will be available on the district website and the GPISD eBid system. • A pre-proposal conference will be held at the GPISD Administration Building on July 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM. • The submission deadline is August 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM. • The GPISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and negotiate with any proposers after submission.
