The Veterans Affairs Office of The Inspector General (VA-OIG) is seeking a contractor to provide an enterprise occupancy tracking system, including PIV card readers, control panels, and a Lenel OnGuard integrated occupancy tracking control system, for 15 leased VA-OIG facilities. The system will track and monitor occupancy at each location, with remote monitoring from the VA-OIG Headquarters in Washington, D.C. The contractor will be responsible for installing PIV card readers, control panels, and associated hardware, as well as providing programming and testing services. • The contractor must have experience installing physical security systems, including the Lenel OnGuard Physical Security System. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and programming necessary to complete the project. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies, including those related to information security and privacy. • The contractor must provide written assurance of the competency of their personnel and a list of credentials of approved Field Service Engineers (FSEs). • The contractor must cooperate with VA in any civil litigation to recover VA information or obtain monetary or other compensation from a third party for damages arising from any incident.
