The City of Rome is seeking a contractor to replace the roof of the Rome Downtown Racquets Center. The project includes removing the existing metal and materials, installing a new layer of high temp ice and water shield, and installing a 16” wide 26 gauge standing seam panel. The contractor must also install new pipe flashings, drip edge, rake trim, ridge trim, and closure strip to complete a watertight roofing system. The project must be completed by December 15, 2025. • Remove existing metal and materials from the entire roof • Install a full layer of high temp ice and water shield on entire roof deck • Install a 16” wide 26 gauge standing seam panel on the entire roof • Install all new pipe flashings • Install new drip edge, rake trim, ridge trim, and closure strip to complete a watertight roofing system • Clean up and haul off all debris • Protect building interiors during construction • Provide a manufacturer’s 20-year NDL warranty on all material and labor • Protect the entire site from damage including lawn and landscaping • Clean up and haul off debris upon completion • Run a magnet over the entire site to ensure the removal of all nails/screws • Owner must approve all color and product selections
