The Houston Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking a vendor to provide YARDI Independent Consulting Services. The selected consultant will provide YARDI-related services, including system optimization and configuration, reporting and data management, staff training and user support, enhancements and custom development, and compliance and security. The contract will have an initial period of performance of two years, with the option to extend for two additional years. • The consultant will work with HHA's Information Technology department to evaluate the current YARDI setup and recommend best practices for configuration and workflow improvement. • The consultant will develop and refine reports to meet operational and compliance needs. • The consultant will provide user documentation and knowledge transfer, including training and access for non-IT personnel to create and generate Adhoc Reports. • The consultant will assist the Information Technology department with ongoing troubleshooting and technical support. • The consultant will recommend custom scripts, workflows, or integrations as needed. • The consultant will ensure compliance with HUD regulations and other applicable guidelines.
