The City of Southfield is soliciting bids from qualified firms to print and distribute water bills. The contract will be for a one-year period with an option to renew for an additional year. The successful bidder will be required to print and distribute approximately 132,600 water bills annually. The bills will be printed on 24# offset paper, with the option to bid on 20# offset paper as an alternate. The bidder will be required to provide pricing for the first year and the optional second year. The City will pay for postage after the items have been mailed and a final invoice for the job has been submitted. • The bidder must have 3 consecutive years of experience offering these services. • The bidder must be able to process international mailing. • The bidder must demonstrate a history of meeting critical production/delivery deadlines. • The bidder must be able to provide 3 references for similar work. • The bidder must provide a description of their quality control processes and procedures. • The bidder must provide a description of their contingency plans in the event their primary facility is incapacitated.
