The City of Kingsland is seeking sealed proposals from certified and qualified General Contractors for the improvement and paving of sections of Al Gay Road and Middle School Road. The work to be done includes furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the preparation and asphalt paving of two unimproved road segments with the associated placement of culverts for proper drainage management. The project consists of site preparation and grading, preparation of road base, removal of existing drainage structures, erosion control measures, new culvert installation, sub-base and base installation, hot mix asphalt paving, curb and gutter, striping, traffic control measures, and other miscellaneous items/work.
