The City of Wray is seeking a contractor to construct a new civic center, which will serve as a community hub and house various city functions. The project includes the construction of a 44,014 square foot facility with five primary components: city hall, event space and resiliency hub, police headquarters and emergency operations center, museum, and on-site parking facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete construction of the civic center.
