The City of Tampa Mobility Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide prime coat and tack coat services for various roadway repair and improvement projects. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and applying prime coat and tack coat materials in compliance with industry standards and City of Tampa specifications. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing tackless tack sprayed at 0.05 to 0.08 gallons per square yard, with a minimum work order of 10 each. The vendor must have a permanent place of business, adequate equipment, finances, personnel, and inventory to furnish the items offered satisfactorily and expeditiously.
