The Coastal Plains High School is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a full-service contract for a Curricular Software Platform/Learning Management System (LMS). The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive LMS that meets the school's requirements, including integration with the Student Information System, content management, communication and collaboration tools, assessment and feedback capabilities, and technical support. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four one-year terms. • The LMS must have API-based integration with the Student Information System for rostering and course creation. • The LMS must provide a gradebook for each course and allow for weighted categories and terms. • The LMS must have a built-in read-aloud capability and language translation for English language learners. • The LMS must have a built-in closed caption capability. • The LMS must provide an area for users to share information about upcoming community events and other academic information.
