Budget Estimate (AI):

$3,500,000 – $5,000,000

Based on the required quantity of 16,900,000 dry pounds of liquid ferric sulfate per year, and assuming an average price of $0.25 per dry pound, the estimated budget for the contract would be around $4,225,000 per year. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on the bid price and other factors. The contract term is one year with renewal options for up to four additional years, so the total budget over the five-year period could be around $21,125,000.
