The Town of Madison invites qualified firms to submit proposals for three assessments that include architectural / engineering skills; space planning; and land management / land development. Firms are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on September 9, 2025. Proposals must be received in hard-copy format no later than September 30, 2025. The scope of work includes providing services for one or more of the tasks, with pricing to be provided for each task separately and for multiple tasks if proposed.
