The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a non-competitive Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Hawkeye 360, Inc. for commercial radio frequency (RF) data and analytics subscriptions. The contract will have a firm fixed price (FFP) pricing arrangement and a five-year ordering period.
