Description:
The City of East St. Louis is seeking a contractor to perform construction work on the Mello Freeze building, located at 1437 Bond Ave, East St. Louis, IL 62201. The scope of work includes constructing a 30" x 20" extension to the rear of the existing structure, installing new waste and water connections, excavating the rear of the building to pour a concrete slab and footings, and constructing the walls for the addition with CMU blocks.
