The City of College Station is seeking a construction company to construct a new effluent filter and UV disinfection structure inside the Carter Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (CCWWTP). The project includes the installation of pumps, SCADA equipment, effluent filters, UV disinfection, hypochlorite injection building, pipeline, and demolition of existing structures. The contractor shall coordinate all work, inspections, and approvals with the City of College Station and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. Key services required include: • Construction of structures • Demolition of structures • Installation of pipeline by open cut • Installation of effluent filters • Installation of UV disinfection • Installation of submersible pumps • Installation of electrical components and SCADA • Setup of temporary by-pass pumps • Coordination with College Station Water Services and WWTP operators The City is seeking a contractor with experience in working inside a WWTP, demolishing structures, installing effluent filters and UV disinfectant, and installing and setting up SCADA systems.
