The University of Connecticut is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based credential and transactional solution ("One Card"). The solution should include software, platform, or infrastructure as a service, as well as hosting services. The University requires a cloud-based solution that can provide a range of services, including online portal functionality, file types that can be uploaded into the portal, and dining meals programs. The successful proposer will be required to enter into a written contract with the University of Connecticut. The contract term will be for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. • The solution should be able to support multiple credentials and have no limit to the number of cardholders. • The solution should have the ability to export data into a spreadsheet/database for querying and reporting. • The solution should have a range of reporting capabilities available to students and administrative staff. • The solution should have a reward/incentive program for cardholders. • The solution should have administrative capabilities available to departments granted access to the software.
