Description:
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide law enforcement services in Franklin County, Washington. The contractor will be responsible for enforcing civil and criminal laws on public lands, waters, roads, and trails administered by the BLM. The services will include patrols, investigations, and assistance to BLM personnel. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and incidental services to perform the work. • The contract will be for a period of 12 months, starting from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026. • The contractor will be paid on a firm fixed-price basis. • The contractor will be required to submit patrol logs and invoices to the BLM for payment. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor will be required to provide a copy of their insurance certificate to the BLM prior to starting work.
