The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division-West (HCD-W) is seeking a contractor to provide Steris service maintenance for equipment located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). The contractor will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repair services on Steris sterilizers and washers. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options to extend for up to 4 additional years. The contractor must be an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, authorized reseller, or authorized service provider for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment. • The contractor must provide a capabilities statement demonstrating their technical capability to perform the required services. • The contractor must provide past performance information, including references for two recent and relevant projects. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote for all contract line item numbers (CLINs) identified. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with the appropriate NAICS code and completed representations and certifications.
