Description:
The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking a contractor to provide repair services for the Rate Gyroscope CN-1552/A and CN-1564/A. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, testing, and delivering the gyroscopes to the Government. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a 5-year period of performance. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services. Some key aspects of the contract include: • Repair services for the Rate Gyroscope CN-1552/A and Rate Gyroscope CN-1564/A • Management of the Rate Gyroscope CN-1552/A and CN-1564/A configuration baseline • Compliance with the Government's Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) • Adherence to security requirements, including safeguarding Government equipment, information, and property • Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to environmental and safety concerns. The Government has provided an estimated workload data, which can be found in the attachment "PRG_IGE_5%20Year_20241205_signed.xls". The contractor must submit various reports, including meeting minutes, monthly status reports, and cost and deliverables tracking reports. The contractor must also execute a DMSMS/Obsolescence Management Program and establish and execute a TAV-C access method to exchange required inventory data with the Government. Some of the key deliverables include: • Meeting minutes • Monthly status reports • Cost and deliverables tracking reports • Government property inventory reports • Repairable item inspection reports • Engineering change proposals • Notice of revision • DMSMS management plans • DMSMS bill of materials • DMSMS alert notices • DMSMS case management reports. The contractor must also provide the estimated total cost incurred to comply with the Service Contract Reporting requirement. The reporting period shall be the period of performance, not to exceed 12 months, ending September 30 of each Government fiscal year, and must be reported by October 31 of each calendar year. The Government has provided a list of applicable publications, including military standards, military specifications, federal standards, and federal specifications. The contractor must comply with these publications, as well as other applicable laws, regulations, and standards. The Government-furnished property (GFP) includes Non-Serially Managed Items, such as the Rate Gyroscope CN-1552/A and CN-1564/A. The contractor must establish and implement property management plans, systems, and procedures to maintain stewardship responsibility of the property.
