The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide and install a prefabricated security booth, approximately 6 feet by 8 feet, including one entry door, one sliding service window, and one factory-installed 10,000 BTU heating and cooling system. The booth must be certified by a Pennsylvania third-party inspection agency acceptable to Philadelphia L&I. The vendor will also be responsible for removing and replacing approximately 6 feet 10 inches of existing uneven concrete sidewalk, providing and installing complete electrical service from the main electrical panel to the booth, obtaining all required construction documents, shop drawings, permit applications, inspections, approvals, and paying all associated fees required by Philadelphia L&I and any other authority having jurisdiction, and providing temporary fencing and traffic control measures. • The vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, placement, anchoring, and final setup for the booth. • The vendor must remove and replace the existing concrete sidewalk to provide a level, stable, and code-compliant base for the booth installation. • The vendor must provide and install complete electrical service from the main electrical panel to the booth. • The vendor must obtain all required construction documents, shop drawings, permit applications, inspections, approvals, and pay all associated fees required by Philadelphia L&I and any other authority having jurisdiction. • The vendor must provide temporary fencing and traffic control measures to safely perform the work while the parking lot remains open.
