The DeKalb County School District is seeking a vendor to provide and install personal electronic device lockers. The successful vendor will be responsible for all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. • The vendor must comply with all terms, conditions, and requirements stated in the RFP. • The vendor must provide a detailed proposal, including a cost proposal form, and other required attachments. • The vendor must attend an optional virtual pre-proposal conference and optional site visits. • The vendor must submit questions electronically by the deadline. • The vendor must provide insurance and indemnification as required by the RFP. • The vendor must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. • The vendor must provide an affidavit under O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91(b)(1) if awarded the contract.
