Multnomah County’s Facilities and Property Management Division is seeking to expand its Pool B on‑call general contractor roster. The contract will cover a wide variety of construction activities – remodel, demolition, upgrades, new construction and rehabilitation – for County‑owned facilities such as jails, health clinics, libraries, courthouses and office buildings. Selected contractors will receive a four‑year indefinite‑delivery vehicle (approximately May 2026 – May 14 2030) and will be invited to bid on individual projects on a round‑robin, lowest‑responsive‑bid basis.
