The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide mowing services for recreational parks and offices at Whitney and Aquilla Lakes in Texas. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, single award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the work safely and in accordance with EM 385-1-1. The estimated maximum capacity of the contract is $1,100,000. * The contract requires the contractor to mow and trim recreational parks and offices at Whitney and Aquilla Lakes. * The contractor must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) record and enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) before award. * The contract has a base year and four option years, with an estimated start date within 7 days after contract award. * The contractor must accomplish all operations safely, in accordance with EM 385-1-1.
