The City of Loveland is seeking architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of a new transit building at the Loveland Transit Center site. The project is funded by a Federal Transit Administration grant and a Colorado Department of Transportation local match grant. The selected consultant will provide all architectural and engineering services, cost analysis, construction plans and specifications, pre-construction and construction administration, and project close-out services required for the design and construction of the building. • The project includes a 5,000 square foot, two-story transit building with a central waiting room, public restrooms, transit staff offices, and operational support space. • The consultant will be responsible for managing the cost, schedule, quality, and scope of the project. • The project will be delivered using a Construction Manager/General Contractor project-delivery method with a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price contract. • The City's implementation strategy will prioritize maintaining full transit service throughout the duration of the project. • The consultant will be required to execute a Services Contract with the City of Loveland as provided as an attachment to this RFQ.
