Description:
The Erie County Water Authority is seeking bids for on-call repair services for watermains and related facilities. The work includes emergency repairs to water service lines, transmission mains, and distribution mains, as well as repairs to exposed process and chemical piping at pump stations and water treatment plants. The contract term is expected to be from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2027, with the potential for two additional one-year extensions. • The work requires furnishing crew or crews, labor, and equipment to make emergency repairs. • The work also includes tree removal, sanitary sewer repairs, and temporary asphalt and concrete restoration. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Erie County Water Authority Service Center. • Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
