Description:
The Dedham Westwood Water District is seeking bids for the installation of poly- and per-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) treatment filter vessels and construction of a 2,800 square foot building addition at the White Lodge Water Treatment Plant. The new building addition will be a brick masonry building to match the existing water treatment plant building. The work includes relocating chemical feed equipment, replacement of motor control equipment, instrumentation, and SCADA, electrical, HVAC, and associated civil/site work. The project requires compliance with Massachusetts Diesel Retrofit Program and Build America, Buy America requirements. • The project requires a non-mandatory prebid site walk on April 1, 2025, at 10AM. • The project is funded in part by the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust. • The project is subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts. • Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. • The project requires compliance with Massachusetts Diesel Retrofit Program.
