The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking bids for a non-exclusive vehicle rental concession lease at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The successful respondent will be expected to operate a vehicle rental concession from a customer service counter in the Terminal Bag Claim and subsequently from the Airport's future Consolidated Rental Car facility/Ground Transportation Center (ConRAC). The lease will be effective on the date it is approved by the RTAA Board of Trustees and signed by all required parties. The selection of the successful respondent will be based on the highest qualified Minimum Annual Guaranty Bid. • The Concession Lease and the Post-ConRAC Opening Concession and Lease will be awarded to up to one qualified respondent. • The successful respondent will be obligated to enter into a ConRAC Sublease Agreement with the ConRAC Master Lessee. • The RTAA reserves the right to not award a Concession Lease and Post-ConRAC Opening Concession and Lease. • A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 30, 2025, to provide an opportunity for prospective respondents to walk through the premises and ask questions. • All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes or packages marked with the ITB number and the respondent's name and address. • Late bids will not be accepted and will be automatically disqualified from further consideration.
