The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) is seeking information from qualified contractors to provide annual preventative maintenance services for two Thermwood 5-Axis Routers. The contractor shall provide on-site services to inspect, clean, re-align, test, and ensure the equipment is functioning properly. This includes performing alignments, checking bearings and rails, tuning servomotors, and greasing and oiling all points of the machine. The contractor must be an authorized distributor or repair service for Thermwood equipment and have the necessary employee level of expertise. • The contractor shall provide a Preventative Maintenance Report within five business days after completion of the maintenance service. • The contractor shall comply with all PHNSY&IMF rules, regulations, and training applicable to environmental, safety, security, and procedures governing site entry, conduct, and exit. • The contractor shall ensure that all work performed is done by qualified, trained personnel to current industry standards and specifications. • The contractor shall not employ government personnel for performance of any work described in this contract. • The government reserves the right to direct the removal of any of the contractor's personnel for misconduct or security reasons.
