The US Air Force intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for engineering services related to the F-15 aircraft. This requirement will cover a 12-month base period and 4, 12-month ordering periods. The effort will be a sole source acquisition to Lockheed Martin Corporation for engineering technical services to perform software maintenance for the F-15 Automated Form F (AFF) generators and Automated Weight and Balance System (AWBS) software. Key responsibilities include providing help desk support for the AFF and AWBS software system, researching current TOs to determine loading configurations, and updating applicable charts in AFF. • The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. • The RFP is planned to be released on 11/05/2025. • Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement. • This requirement is non-commercial.
