Budget Estimate (AI):

$5,000,000 – $10,000,000

Based on the quantity of Lithium Carbonate required (550 MT), the budget for this contract could be substantial. The exact amount is difficult to estimate without knowing the market price of Lithium Carbonate at the time of the contract. However, assuming a moderate market price of $10,000 per MT, the total budget could be around $5,500,000. This is a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower depending on various factors such as the vendor's pricing, production costs, and delivery terms.
