The City of Wheaton is seeking proposals from a qualified professional engineering firm to prepare project drawings and specifications for construction for the Turf, Countryside, and Ranch Flood Improvement Project. The scope includes the reconstruction and lowering of two roadway profiles, adjustment of utilities, modeling to show no negative downstream impact, and regrading of 13 private properties to prevent localized overland flooding.
