Description:
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking a contractor to provide Expeditionary Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) kits, sustainment, and training for the Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE (EXU-1). The contract will consist of a 12-month base year and two 12-month option years. The contractor will be required to provide up to eight DOMEX kits in the base year, with options to procure additional kits in subsequent years. The kits will include hardware and software for digital forensics, as well as training and sustainment services. The contractor will also be required to provide training sessions for EXU-1 personnel on the use of the DOMEX kits and digital forensics techniques. • The contract will be a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed schedule of events and after-action reports for each training session. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and safety. • The contract will include provisions for payment and invoicing, as well as requirements for contract administration and closeout.
