The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a laboratory to provide chemical analysis of collected stormwater samples and clean sample collecting equipment. The contract will be for a one-year term with the option to extend for an additional five one-year increments. The laboratory will be required to perform laboratory-grade cleaning on sampling equipment and produce laboratory reports and electronic data deliverables. • Perform chemical analysis of stormwater samples • Clean sampling equipment, including glass bottles, polypropylene bottles, tubing, and sample splitters • Produce laboratory reports in PDF format and electronic data deliverables compatible with EQUIS • Produce Level 2b data packages for most data reported to the Program • Produce at least 10% of data packages as Level 3+ 4 data packages
