The United States Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide two Yamaha 300 outboard engines for a 27' WAC SAFE Boat vessel at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. The vendor must also remove the older engines and install the new ones, and provide basic on-the-job equipment training for Air Force personnel. The quote must include the price for the engines, removal, and installation. • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. • The Government will award a contract to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and technical capability. • The technical capability of the item offered must meet the Government's requirement, as defined in the Statement of Need. • The vendor must provide descriptive literature, such as illustrations and drawings, with their quote. • The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions with vendors, but intends to award a purchase order without discussions.
