The Oregon Department of Education is seeking qualified vendors to provide interim assessment testing products and services for grades K-8 in Mathematics and English Language Arts. The selected vendors will be included on a qualified vendor list. The scope of work includes providing interim/benchmark assessments that support teaching and learning. Vendors must meet the minimum requirements outlined in the solicitation, including technical and Oregon-specific criteria. • The assessment must be aligned to Oregon's academic content standards. • The assessment must be fair and accessible for all students in the intended test-taking population. • Technical documentation and research must support the intended interpretations and use of the assessment results. • Score reports and other resources must support the interpretation and use of the assessment results. • The vendor must provide a detailed cost sheet, including the cost per student, per year, for access to the base package and relevant tiered pricing.
