The City of Pasadena is seeking a vendor to provide mobile truck washing services for Pasadena Water and Power's Power Delivery, Field Operations Division. The services will be limited to express exterior washes only and will be performed every other Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The washing frequency is every other week, and approximately 55 vehicles are washed during each service visit. All work will take place at the City Yards facility, and the selected vendor will coordinate directly with department supervisors to schedule and manage service requirements. • The vendor must be capable of accommodating a wide range of vehicle types and sizes. • All work must comply with environmental regulations, including appropriate wash water containment and disposal practices. • The contract duration is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. • The city reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time.
