The proposer must demonstrate experience in providing vehicle rental/lease services to government agencies or law enforcement and have 24/7 availability for vehicle exchanges and emergency situations. The City is looking for a vendor that can provide a large and varied fleet of vehicles, with standard safety features, functional air conditioning and heating, and tinted windows. The proposer must also provide pricing for "rental car protection" insurance, including third-party liability coverage. • The vehicle rental/lease agreement will be for a term of one year with four one-year renewal options. • The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of vehicles during the term of the agreement. • The proposer must ensure total confidentiality regarding the use and users of the vehicles. • The proposer must guarantee the security of any data related to the rental agreement and vehicle usage. • The City reserves the right to install electronic equipment at its own expense, provided such installation causes no permanent damage to the vehicles. • The proposer must provide detailed pricing for monthly rentals, including insurance options, and a description of available vehicle types and specifications.
