Budget Estimate (AI):

$300,000 – $1,200,000

The budget for this opportunity is not explicitly stated in the document. However, considering the scope of work and the fact that it is a labor hour contract, the budget could be estimated based on the hourly rates of the contractor's personnel and the number of hours worked. Assuming an average hourly rate of $100-$200 per hour, and an estimated 1,000 to 2,000 hours of work per year, the total budget for the base year could be in the range of $100,000 to $400,000. With the two possible option years, the total budget could be in the range of $300,000 to $1,200,000. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the contractor's experience, the complexity of the work, and the government's budget for the project.
