The Johnson Space Center Multiple Award Construction Contract (JMACC) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle designed to support a broad range of construction-related services at Johnson Space Center (JSC) and White Sands Test Facility (WSTF). The scope of work under the JMACC includes general construction, alteration, modification, and renovation of existing facilities, maintenance and repair of buildings and infrastructure, demolition of structures and facilities, design-build services, and new construction of buildings, facilities, and real property. • General construction • Alteration, modification, and renovation of existing facilities • Maintenance and repair of buildings and infrastructure • Demolition of structures and facilities • Design-build services • New construction of buildings, facilities, and real property The contract will have a base period of three years from the date of award, with the possibility of option periods.
