Budget Estimate (AI):

$10,000,000 – $500,000,000

The budget for this project is difficult to estimate without more specific information on the scope and scale of the development. However, given the complexity and the fact that it involves a design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM) approach for a multimodal transit facility and Transit Oriented Development, the budget could potentially be in the tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars, considering the costs associated with large-scale infrastructure and development projects. Factors influencing the budget include the size of the development, the materials and labor required, the duration of the project, and the financing model adopted.
