The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is intending to publish a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the continued operation of the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). The contractor will provide all services necessary to facilitate the ISAP program, including supervision through home visits, in-person office visits, GPS monitoring technologies, biometric technologies, and other services to ensure compliance with release conditions and orders issued by the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR).
