Description:
The City of West Sacramento is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide solar panel cleaning services at various City facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing biannual complete solar panel cleaning services at locations including City Hall, Fire Station #45, West Sacramento Community Center, Port of West Sacramento, and Ironworks Water Tower. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience providing similar services to public agencies in California. The contract term is up to 3 years, with the option for two 1-year extensions. • The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all tools, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the tasks outlined in the Scope of Work. • The contractor must keep themselves fully informed of and comply with all applicable state and federal laws, OSHA requirements, and City of West Sacramento ordinances and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance as set forth in the Standard Contract and Insurance Requirements. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive variances in a proposal if it is in the best interest of the City.
