The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide XPS software maintenance, XTrack, and support for DLA Information Operations. The contract will be for a base year with two optional years. The contractor will be required to provide maintenance and support services for the XPS software, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of hardware and software components. The contractor will also be required to provide training and technical assistance to DLA personnel. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. • The contract is for a brand-name sole-source requirement. • The period of performance is from September 30, 2025, to September 29, 2026, with optional years from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2027, and from September 30, 2027, to September 29, 2028. • The contractor must comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements. • The contractor must provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each commercially available Information and Communication Technology (ICT) item offered. • The contractor must describe their approach to incorporating universal design principles to ensure ICT products or services are designed to support disabled users.
