The I-195 Redevelopment District is seeking a civil engineering firm to provide services for the continued development of the district. The selected firm will be expected to assist with review of third-party development projects, coordinate with regulators, lead design efforts for district-led projects, and play a project management role. The firm should have expertise in general site/civil engineering, environmental engineering, construction management, transportation engineering, and surveying. The proposal should include a general description of the firm, a description of the team proposed for this work, and a fee proposal. • The firm will work on a range of projects, including project review, monthly site visits, transportation planning, surveying, and design and construction administration. • The firm will be expected to have experience working with governmental, public authority, public agenda, and/or quasi-governmental entities in Rhode Island. • The firm will be required to submit a proposed ISBE Participation Rate and achieve their proposed ISBE Participation Rates during the life of the contract. • The firm will be evaluated based on the quality of the proposal, relevant experience, qualifications of personnel, and budget approach/cost effectiveness.
