The Manchester Community Schools is seeking a vendor to upgrade classroom technology. This includes replacing existing projector infrastructure with touch panel displays and upgrading audio systems in each classroom. The project will be broken down into multiple components, including classroom video, classroom audio, gym audio, and cafeteria audio. Vendors can bid on any combination of these components. Key features of the project include: • 22 75-inch touch panel displays for classrooms and conference spaces • 1 86-inch touch panel display on a cart for the media center • 1 75-inch touch panel display on a cart for B141 • 1 65-inch touch panel display for breakout B130 • 24 classroom audio systems with a minimum of one aux audio input and support for up to 2 pendant microphones • 2 pendant microphones per room and all necessary charging accessories • 4 speakers per classroom space • Gym audio solution with two wireless microphones and speakers • Cafeteria audio solution with two wireless microphones and speakers The vendor will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including pricing, equipment specifications, and a project timeline.
