The City of Idaho Falls (“City”) is seeking qualified and experienced respondents from interested firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondent” or “Consultant”) to submit qualifications for providing professional engineering services for airport engineering services in an on-call, as-needed basis for the Idaho Falls Regional Airport, a department of the City. The selected consultant will provide engineering in compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration requirements and in coordination with the City. Reasonable work under this selection shall include, but not be limited to, design and construction services related to: 1. Runway, taxiway, and apron pavement construction, reconstruction, and rehabilitation 2. Public roadway development and construction 3. Parking lots and parking structure construction and rehabilitation 4. Land acquisition – as identified on the current airport layout plan 5. Terminal facilities 6. Aircraft rescue and firefighting facilities 7. Air Traffic Control Towers 8. General office or support facilities for airports 9. Relocation of Very-high Omnidirectional Range (VOR) navigational aid 10. Snow Removal Equipment 11. Hangars 12. Stormwater improvements – to include storm sewer and retention basins 13.
