The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is seeking a contractor to provide fuel storage services in Davao, Philippines. The contractor will be responsible for receiving, storing, protecting, and shipping U.S. Government-owned fuel, including Naval Distillate Grade F-76 and Turbine Fuel, Aviation Grade JP-5. The contractor must have a minimum storage capacity of 977,000 barrels and be able to provide a minimum of 1,000,000 barrels of total throughput per year. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of the fuel and performing laboratory testing. The contract will be for a period of 5 years.
