Principle Concepts, LLC is soliciting proposals for a firm to be the Employer of Record for worksite employees at each of the four workforce centers located in Texarkana, Mt. Pleasant, Paris, and Sulphur Springs, Texas. The selected Professional Employer Organization (PEO) firm shall provide Payroll Processing; Payroll Tax Reporting; Employee Benefits Administration; Human Resources Management; and Safety and Risk Management for the Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas Workforce Centers and Child Care Service staff under the direction and control of Principle Concepts, LLC. The scope of work includes providing services for approximately 51 employees with a $3.5M annual payroll processed on a bi-weekly basis. The PEO would be a Co-Employer for the described workforce.
